Research and Product Development
Research and development are key priorities for creating high-quality products. From the very beginning, Kankaisten Öljykasvit Oy has focussed on research and product development. The focus has especially been on the impact of cold-pressed rapeseed oil on health.

The studies commissioned by us have made the health effects of rapeseed oil common knowledge among Finnish consumers. At the same time, they have contributed to the sales of other mills.

The company's activity to date has shown that active cooperation with research institutions raises new information even about products considered quite familiar. Future research challenges are multifarious.
